What Our Clients Say
Great family run facility. Good Security. We left our historic car and my wife’s car while we travelled for 12 months. On our return, Rob had detailed our car and our toy was safe and sound as we left it. We are only too happy to have found this facility and would highly recommend it to you.

Gympie
We rented a container while our new shed was being constructed. Dealing with Rob & Lawan was easy we felt very comfortable leaving our workshop equipment as Rob Is always onsite. The their dog is another great security measure and the massive spot lights made us feel our equipment would be safe. Secure. Rob & Lawan are a great friendly couple.

Important Tips for Caravan, Motorhome and Boat Storage.
You do need to consider what to do when you are not using your caravan, motorhome or boat. Here are some useful tips for preparing for your vehicle for storage here at Glenwood Queensland.
- Give you vehicle a thorough clean both outside and in.
- On the outside you should give the whole vehicle a good gong over so dirt build up does not remain on it as a place to retain moisture.
- Clean any mold or mildew that may have developed, and if you can, touch-up any missing pint from chips or scratches.
- On the inside or in the cabin when it’s not in use, pack away sheets, cushions and other fabrics where mould and mildew might grow.
- Clean out all the little nooks and crannies where dust accumulates.
- Check your tyres. As you already understand that it is vitally important to assess tyre quality before, during and after every major towing.
- It is good practice to slightly over inflate the tyres to account for any small leakage over time.
- At Glenwood Storage we regularly check tyres and move the wheels to avoid flat spots developing.
- As one of the leading causes of damage to caravans, motorhome and boats in storage, the electrical components should be checked.
- Make sure any external plugs and outlets are protected from the weather.
- Make sure all cords are unplugged from power while stored. Whist you’re at it, have a full inspection and clean of all the connecting pins.
- Plus it good to check that your insurance is up to date and valid for your motorhome at all times wherever it is stored
We welcome all car, vehicle, motor-home and caravan storage enquirers here in Glenwood Storage and proudly support Wide Bay, Frazer Coast, Gympie, Sunshine Coast, and the surrounding suburbs
